| Refund Policy
Below
is the refund policy for The Gift of Stitching Pty
Ltd.
Due
to the potential copyright problems associated with an
online magazine, we are only able to offer refunds
under certain circumstances.
Part
refunds on One & Two Year Subscriptions
We
offer refunds for any parts of magazine subscriptions
that are not used. For example:
A
One Year Subscription (12 issues) is purchased for
$18, and the subscriber wants a refund straight away,
they have had access to one issue (the issue available
that month) so we are able to refund $16.50 (11
months).
A
One Year Subscription (12 issues) is purchased for
$18, and the subscriber wants a refund after three
months (they have accessed three issues) we are able
to refund $13.50 (9 months).
The
Gift of Stitching Pty Ltd will only offer part refunds
for up to six months of a subscription period.
Refunds
on Back Issues
We
cannot offer refunds on Single Back Issues, or Back
Issue Bundles.
This
is due to the fact that as soon as the issues are
added to a customers account, they have full access to
the product and can download at will.
Because
of this, it is recommended that a potential subscriber
who is unsure about the magazine, purchase a single
issue or subscription to trial the magazine before
committing to a larger purchase.
Exception
The
only exception to the above policies is in the event
that a subscriber is having significant difficulty
accessing or downloading the magazine.
If,
after consultation and co-operation with The Gift of
Stitching Customer Care department to resolve the
problem, it is decided that the problem cannot be
rectified a refund will be given.
